Local art teacher creates street art, traditional paintings for Fargo Brewing Co.
FARGO — Deviating from her traditional watercolor media, Jescia Hoffman Hopper shakes two aerosol paint cans. The artist-teacher has been working in urban art since returning from her graduate studies at the Maryland Institute College of Art Baltimore last summer.
