FARGO – As a 30-year-old professional, Jescia Hoffman Hopper knows she's too old to play dress-up and live in an imaginary world.

So she does it through her art. Hopper's show "Paracosms" is a fascinating collection that places adult anxieties in a child's playground. The exhibit, which opens with a reception from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 21, is up at the Spirit Room through May.
